 Learning Objectives:

      About the Presenter:

      Dr. Betsy Gard has been affiliated with Emory University for 40 years, as an associate professor, and currently as an adjunct full professor.  She has a private practice with a specialty in treating children and youth. 

      Dr. Gard has developed a specialty area dealing with Pediatric Bipolar Disorder and has presented to Fulton County Schools, The Palm Springs, California Department of Education, and the Georgia

      School Psychologists Conference.  She blends current research, clinical experience and personal vignettes to help illuminate the complexity of Pediatric Bipolar Disorder.   She had the opportunity to meet and learn from Dr. Ellen Leibenluft as part of the National Institute of Mental Health research on Early Onset Bipolar which she was involved with over a 4-year period.

      Registration Costs (per workshop):

      Must be logged into member profile to receive member rate.

      *If a GPA Student Member needs continuing education credits, he/she will need to pay the higher GPA Member fee regardless of status as a student.

      Cancellation Policy:
      All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Staci Bratcher via email (stacibratcher@gapsychology.org). A $35 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations prior to January 5, 2018. No refunds will be given after January 5, 2018.
