If individuals attending workshops have complaints, they are handled on location and immediately whenever possible. If these complaints are received via email or telephone outside of the actual workshop arena, a reply will be given by the end of the next business day (not including days the office is closed for holidays or emergencies). The Communications and Professional Development Manager typically handles all complaints related to Continuing Education. If needed, the Continuing Education Chair will assist, and if further assistance is needed the Executive Director will also be involved. Written complaint is only necessary if verbal complaint cannot be made directly to the Communications and Professional Development Manager, and email is sufficient for a complaint. You can reach Staci Bratcher, the Communications and Professional Development Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (404) 634-6272.
