$13: GPA Student Members Pulling It All Together: Experiential Practice Session  Virtual Workshop |  CE: 2 Hours Presenter: Megan Benoit Ratcliff, PhD, MPH   Workshop Description: This advanced interactive skills workshop is for Learners who have a strong foundation in motivational interviewing (MI) and are looking for an opportunity to refine their skills. Learners will have the opportunity to engage in and observe skills practice and role plays throughout the session. Learners should come prepared to interact, with on-screen video and audio required throughout the session. Learners should have prior knowledge of and experience with MI as content provided will move beyond the basics to include more process-oriented application. Level: Advanced Learning Objectives: Utilize motivational interviewing (MI) skills including complex reflections and
summaries in practice session Critically evaluate areas for continued growth in integrating MI into current scope
of practice About the Presenter:   Megan Benoit Ratcliff, PhD, MPH is a licensed clinical psychologist and behavioral
health consultant. She received her Masters in Public Health in Behavioral Science from Emory
University. She received her Doctorate from the University of Georgia with additional residency
and fellowship training at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital, Children’s
Healthcare of Atlanta, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She joined the Motivational
Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) in 2014. She has facilitated trainings in Motivational
Interviewing for over ten years, with clients including United Way of Atlanta, Georgia
Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, and Children’s Healthcare of
Atlanta.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Karen Carroll via email (operations@gapsychology.org). A $35 cancellation fee will be retained for  any cancellations prior to one week before the event.  No refunds will be given within one week of the event. The Georgia Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Georgia Psychological Association maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
