Quick and Dirty Ethics

Zoom Webinar

CE: 2 Ethics

Workshop Description:

If you are still in need of ethics CE’s during the re-licensure year, don’t miss this evening with Dr. Hill to review some quick and dirty ethics topics! Things have been rapidly changing during the COVID-19 pandemic; so make sure you are up to speed on pertinent ethics topics.  An overview of different approaches to Ethical dilemmas will be covered, and then the 3-4 most “challenging” areas of practice for clinicians (telehealth, covid-19 concerns, when clinical practice becomes forensic, and standard of practice issues) will be discussed with relevant case examples. (Intermediate)

Learning Objectives:

  1. Summarize different approaches to the study of ethics.
  2. Identify over-powering emotions when confronted with an ethical dilemma that might prevent case consultation.
  3. Discuss how Covid has changed the nature of ethical practice.

About the Presenter:
