Call for ProgramsGPA Call for ProgramsWE ACCEPT PROGRAM APPLICATIONS YEAR-ROUND
2026 Annual Meeting Format: In Person with Virtual Options Dates: Friday, April 24 - Sunday, April 26, 2026 GPA is excited to announce the 2026 Annual Meeting theme, “Creating Connection and Embracing Change within Psychology.” In addition to acknowledging the evolution and community that defines the broader field of psychology and the professional lives of psychologists in Georgia, this theme embodies two exciting updates to our 2026 program. First, as has previously been announced, we will be connecting in person for the Annual Meeting in Atlanta from Friday, April 24 – Sunday, April 26. We’re excited to meet in person again! Second, we are changing up our programming so that in addition to our typical 3-hour CE workshops, we will also offer shorter talks (such as flash talks and symposia) and other events throughout the meeting. If you have ever considered submitting a workshop idea to our Call For Programs but were daunted by the thought of preparing 3 hours of material, now is the time to propose a 1- or 2-hour talk and join in the fun of presenting at GPA’s Annual Meeting! And of course, we continue to welcome and celebrate 3-hour workshops as well. Please submit your proposals by September 30, 2025 to be considered for the 2026 Annual Meeting, and we hope to see you in Atlanta!
