Georgia Jurisprudence Exam

 

 Here's some good news: the majority of those who take Georgia's Jurisprudence Exam pass it! About 10-12 new licensees take it per month. Licensees who passed the exam on their first try report that they studied the following: OCGA 43-39-1 through 43-39-20 (inclusive of all 20 sections), 16-6-5.1, 16-13-110 through 16-13-114 (inclusive of all five sections), 19-7-5, 24-9-21, 30-5,4, 31-7-160 through 31-7-165 (inclusive of six sections), 43-1-19 through 43-1-27 (inclusive of nine sections); and Board Rules 510-1 through 510-10 (inclusive of 10 sections).
